Privacy Policy

1. Bulldog Studio SL (hereinafter, the “Provider”), with Tax ID No. B-65840373, and registered office for these purposes at Mare de Déu del Port Street, 258, Barcelona, is the owner of the website (hereinafter, the “portal” or “website”). The Provider complies with the guidelines of the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), concerning the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.

The User is solely responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the data submitted to the Provider and releases the Provider from any liability in this regard.

The Provider informs the User that the data voluntarily provided will be incorporated into its information systems for the following purposes:

  • (i) In the event of contracting the goods and/or services offered through the Website, to maintain the contractual relationship, as well as to manage, administer, inform, provide, and improve the service offered;

  • (ii) In the case of requests for information through the website forms, to send information related to the query made;

  • (iii) In the case of subscription, to send newsletters, as well as commercial communications regarding promotions and/or advertising related to the Website.

The User may object to the sending of commercial communications by any means and at any time by sending an email to the address indicated below.

By entering their data, the User grants unequivocal consent to the Provider, declaring that they have been informed of the conditions regarding the protection of personal data, and accepting and consenting to the automated processing thereof, so that the Provider may process the data provided for the purposes mentioned above. Failure to provide the requested personal data or to accept this data protection policy will make it impossible to subscribe, register, or receive information about the Provider’s products and services.

The Provider informs that it will not transfer personal data to third parties, except where legally required. However, in the event that data are transferred to a third party, prior information will be provided and the User’s express consent will be requested for such transfer. The entity responsible for the database, hosting providers, as well as those involved in any phase of the processing and/or the entities to whom the data may be communicated, are obliged to observe professional secrecy and to adopt the necessary technical and organizational protection measures within their reach to ensure the security of personal data.

The Provider guarantees the User, at all times, the exercise of the rights of access, rectification, erasure, information, objection, restriction of processing, and data portability, in accordance with the provisions of current legislation. To exercise these rights, the User may send an express request to the postal address indicated in the header and/or send an email to the email address indicated, stating “ARCO Rights” in the subject line and attaching a photocopy of their ID document. The User also has the right to withdraw the consent given at any time.

The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to its withdrawal. The User also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if they consider that their rights regarding data protection may have been infringed, before the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), located at Jorge Juan Street, 6, 28001 Madrid, or through the AEPD’s electronic office: https://sedeagpd.gob.es/sede-electronica-web/.

The data provided by the User will be retained for as long as there is a mutual interest in maintaining the purpose of the processing and for the period during which legal liabilities may arise from the services provided. When the data are no longer necessary for such purposes, they will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure data pseudonymization or total destruction. The Provider reserves the right to modify this policy to adapt it to legislative or case law developments.
